With over a decade of experience across operations, HR, and team leadership, Melissa brings a practitioner’s lens to organizational challenges—combining real-world execution with a foundation in psychology.
She holds a master’s degree in Applied Psychology and has led and supported HR, organizational development, and people operations across growing organizations.
Her work sits at the intersection of behavioral insight and operational strategy—identifying where friction shows up and translating those insights into clear, practical systems that teams can actually adopt and sustain.
